  7. Getting the property ready to rent. Coordinating cleaners, painters and other trades.
  8. Property Listings on the Hudson Residential website, the Triangle MLS and over 40 other websites.
  9. Tenant Credit and Background Checks. Includes Job Verification, Past Rental History and Full Credit Report.
  10. Full time staff with after hours answering service for emergencies.
  11. New Air filters every 60 days delivered to each property for all air returns ( includes property inspection )
  12. Complete eviction process from filing with the Clerk of Court to the Court hearing.
  13. Maintenance Staff for minor repairs and improvements at just a fraction of the cost of calling someone yourself.
